Business & Process Excellence Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide miscellaneous analysis support for the business
• Participate in and organize compliance and quality training
• Analyze processes under scope of responsibilities, establishes and implements standard practices, processes, and procedures;
• Ensure incidents in the operation of the Service line under responsibility are appropriately logged, resolved and closed in accordance with the Incident Management process defined in the SLA;
• Responsible for highlighting and escalating to Senior Manager any area of risk in business as usual operations and processes.

• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Capacity to find simple and efficient solutions
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role or as Business analyst
• Second Language requested – Greek/ French/ Spanish
