Main Responsibilities:
· Support B2B customers through their website creation process;
· Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in French / Dutch;
· Providing information and responding to queries;
· Advising clients in order to improve customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:
· Proficient level of French / Dutch written and oral (C1-C2);
· Working level of English (B2);
· Knowledge in digital marketing/SEO/SEM is an advantage;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Advanced skills in МS Office.
