Job role:
• To offer high-quality support via email and online through social media channels
• Handling customers accounts;
• Solving account problems and providing information.
What do we need:
• Excellent German / French / Italian / Spanish or Hungarian
• Working level of English
• Great communication skills, flexible and reliable;
• Good computer skills.
