For them we are looking for a highly motivated person for а temporary position of:

Food Service Category Manager

The purpose of this job is to effectively manage the performance and maximize the profitability of Food Service and Coffee categories in the stores of the Shell service stations.


Key Accountabilities:
- Overall performance management and driving maximum profitability of the Food Service and Coffee categories;
- Develop the Food and Coffee offer so that they become true destination categories for Shell service stations. Continuously stay up-to-date with market trends and customer expectations;
- Find and/or manage external food service partner(s) and field force;
- Develop category plans using the Shell framework, outlining strategies and related tactics for the categories;
- Continuous and systematic execution of the category plans, making decisions about assortment and recipes, merchandising, pricing and promotions;
- Maintain very high food safety standards;
- Continuous engagement with the Sales & Operations team and Shell’s Retailer partners to ensure buy-in;
- Develop and manage promotions and marketing activities;
- Ensure smooth operations of the supply chain of own categories;
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts with local and global suppliers.

- Resilience;
- Experience in the food service business;
- Understanding all the food service development and operations processes;
- Clear customer focus and passion for excellent service and flawless delivery;
- Good relationship management and communication skills;
- Ability to negotiate effectively;
- University or college degree;
- Fluent English and Bulgarian language knowledge.
