We are currently looking for our partner – one of the leading generic companies, a candidate for the position of:

Regional Manager OTC

The successful candidate is a passionate and proactive professional with outstanding communication & management skills, who has inherent business flair and knowledge how to develop an effective business relationship with the key internal and external stakeholders and clients. If you are a dynamic person, who is looking for new challenges, then the following position is the perfect fit for you.

Among your responsibilities will be:
• Lead, manage and develop the respective team to implement the strategic goals in Sofia region;
• Setting and tracking sales targets for the team;
• Analysis of sales data and proposal of actions for better performance;
• Continuously monitor any promotional activities and propose revision/adjustments where necessary;
• Preparing reports on a regular basis
• Collaborate with Marketing/Brand Management to provide input on the new initiatives, product launches and marketing programs,

We are looking for a person with:
• 3+ years of experience as Sales or Regional Manager;
• Existing industry contacts with key customers, KОLs and pharmacy chains would be seen as a considered as strong advantage;
• English: good spoken & written;
• People management skills;
• Strategic planning skills;
• Clean B driving license and availability to travel throughout the country.
