ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the overall performance of the teams delivering HR processes administration services and ensures that processes meet business requirements.
Lead, plan and organize the HR Processes team’s work.
Manages team performance through metrics and key performance indicators, to ensure targets are achieved.
Encourages successful people development and engagement.
Assume responsibility for the quality, service levels and timelines of the team’s work.
Maintains effective internal & external stakeholders’ collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement and ensures knowledge preservation.
Contributes to making BSO HR Processes Stream a Centre of Service Excellence.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Previous experience in people management.
Experience in managing HR projects, preferably in multinational company.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another business-related field.
Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
Experience of ERP is essential, and knowledge of SAP is advantage.
Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working.
Drive for results, customer focus and managing diversity.
Good time management and priority setting, result-oriented approach.
