For their Digital Marketing team in Sofia, we are looking for:

Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Managing online marketing channels to increase web traffic, conversion rate and sales based on KPI`s;
• Oversee the effective operation of the company’s online marketing campaigns;
• Work directly with agencies for graphic content (banners, landing pages etc.);
• Monitoring of annual, monthly and weekly budgets, overall and at the channel level;
• Cooperation, coordination, negotiation and monitoring of external performance, advertising and media agencies;
• Online marketing support for all online and offline promotions;
• Close coordination with the online shop team and social media team.

Key requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Business administration or a related field;
• 1 – 2 years previous experience on a digital marketing position;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager;
• Excellent command of English;
• Experience with evaluating data and deriving action plans;
• A self-driven person with good communication skills.
