Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
• Oversees portfolio of accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit;
• Handles client queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers;
• Develops new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets;
• Conducts various analysis (market, demand, customer satisfaction), applying the findings to enhance the partnership with our clients;
• Initiates campaigns to increase revenue, customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention;


Requirements:

• University degree;
• 2 years of working experience in sales; B2B experience is highly desirable;
• Customer-oriented and assertive person able to offer efficient solutions;
• Confident and persuasive communicator with strong motivation for delivery;
• Strong negotiating and presentation skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills;
• Results driven personality;
