Responsibilities:
Organizes, manages and develops the entire activity of the Food Division;
Responsible for the selection, training and development of employees;
Coordinates relationships between the Food Division and other departments within the company;
Provides customer feedback to the company;
Analyzes and plans the levels of sales and profits of restaurants;
Monitors the implementation of the monthly budget approved by the company;
Develops and coordinates a strategy to increase sales;
Provides weekly and monthly reports for work in the Department;
Controls the financial statements and analyzes the results of audits.

Requirements:
Experience - minimum of two years as a manager in a high-end restaurant;
Skills and experience in personnel management and work processes;
Communicative and proactive personality;
Education in the field of tourism;
Fluent English language (second foreign language is an advantage);
Computer literacy: MS Office, use of hotel software /Fidelio/.
