A Senior Project Manager - Infosec plans, executes, and finalizes key infosec and infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project information to team members and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Liaise with resource managers and SME to align the organisation resources to deliver the project on time and budget
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
5 to 7 years of current experience as a project manager delivering infosec and /or large scale end-to-end technology projects, ideally in the financial services/banking or IT sector using super HA architectures and technology.
Experience managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or largescale projects and reporting into a matrix managed environment, across geographies / time zones .
Managing budgets up to $6m & Experience in creating and building out business cases
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills


Desirable Requirements:
Prince 2, PMP, PMI or similar recognised certification
ITIL certification.
Experience with ITSM, service desk, asset management, incident management and change management via ServiceNow.
Experience of managing projects wtih Agile SDLC
Experience of using JIRA to build and track project delivery
