SUPPLY CHAIN COE PROCESS MANAGER
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Process Manager covers the supply chain scope with focus in the Order Management (OM), Supply Chain Planning (SCP) spaces. They are well-versed with supply chain (SC) processes best practices.
As a thought leader in this space, the SCP COE will support SC strategy development and build capabilities across people, process, data and technology elements. They lead execution of projects to improve SC processes and harmonize the business capabilities with the Cargill global standards.
The person will be expected to act as internal consultant on deployment projects. The Process Manager will be expected to influence across all levels of the organization to achieve COE objectives. This challenging role requires deep expertise and the ability to apply the knowledge and execute projects to achieve business transformation.

Major tasks
Consulting - Executing time bound assignments to achieve objectives set by corporate / mutually aligned with businesses; e.g. process assessment, design, deployment and continuous improvement & capability excellence initiatives.
Capability Excellence - Thought leader in SC focusing on SCP and OM, developing vision, strategy and best practices capability building to ensure distinct competitive advantage in market for Cargill
Business Sustainment - Providing advisory to businesses to mature and sustain changes in supply chain management (across process, people, data and technology). Monitoring business maturity progress and drive improvement
Corporate Wide Support - Center for expertise and execution of corporate wide SC activities. This position will support the consolidated SC strategy up to the corporate level s well as alignment with other functions
The Supply Chain COE works on Supply Chain Planning, Order management and support Digital/ Intelligent SC and Supply Chain Network Design and Optimization projects. The COE will enable Cargill to leverage strong foundational processes to drive efficiencies across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a supply chain related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Track record of SC transformation projects, COE or consultancy experience
Experience in digitalization and technology solution implementation will be an advantage
Strong customer-oriented focus and end to end understanding of supply chain and commercial principles
