ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
A Project Portfolio Specialist assist PMO team and IT Project Managers with critical Project Initiatives in IT Central Function of Coca-Cola Hellenic. You will contribute for the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Project and Portfolio Management processes, templates and skills. You will be involved in designing new system functionalities for the project management tool.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support PMO Product Manager in designing new system functionalities for the project management tool;
Communicate actively with support vendors and internal customers to achieve compliance between business requirements and system functionalities;
Test the change requests, product version releases and upgrade of the project management tool;
Support PMO Leader in planning, resourcing, managing and reporting on Programs and Projects Portfolio;
Responsible quality reviews and reporting services;
Provide guidance and support to Project Managers in delivering their projects in compliance with company’s standard processes and recommended best practices, and in utilizing project & portfolio management tools.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
2+ years of experience in IT Support Services;
Office 365 proficiency, preferable advanced knowledge for Microsoft Project and/or Power BI
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks utilizing organizational skills and communication skills;
Previous Project Management experience is considered as a strong advantage;
Analytical skills, working with big volume of data;
Experience working with vendors and servicing customers;
Business awareness, excellent written and oral communication skills;
English proficiency.
