Our client is one of the world leading manufacturers of well-known non-food products for consumer use. They are opening their first worldwide Shared Service Center in Sofia. While they are exploring the amazing opportunities in the Bulgarian market, we will be their partner for the search of committed and dynamic employees to help build their team. Currently we are looking for a Insurance and Risk Management Specialist to join their family.

Main responsibilities:

• Support insurance renewal projects, including exposure collection and analysis (procure, compile and analyze underwriting and exposure data);
• Assist in the preparation of market presentations and other insurance marketing information as required;
• Oversee issuance of certificates of insurance (COIs)and manage annual renewal process of COIs;
• Oversee auto insurance identification cards;
• Support Property Insurance Claim process as a first notice recipient to triage and notify Group Risk Management to determine next steps in claim process;
• Assist with budget preparation and premium allocations;
• Assist with the review, validation and processing of premium invoices (external invoices and internal premium allocation invoicing);
• Assist Group Risk Management on monitoring loss control program compliance and assist with responses to engineering recommendations with regard to physical assets and facilities;
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required skills:

• 2 or 3 years in Risk Management & Insurance either in a Corporate Organization setting, Insurance Company (Property & Casualty) or Insurance Brokerage (Property & Casualty);
• University / Business or Engineering School degree with specialization in Risk Management / Insurance / Finance;
• Knowledge of global business in a group. A good knowledge of consumer goods is a plus, either in manufacturing and or in retail;
• Knowledge of risk management and insurance technical standards;
• Certification/designation in Risk Management and/or Insurance, a plus;
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail Analytic, rigorous and synthetic;
• Influencing & high impact skills;
• English is mandatory, a third language would be considered as an advantage.
