The Global Collections Director will be responsible for a globally diverse team to manage all aspects of the company‘s, collections and accounts receivables global business and will lead overall credit function.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead a global Credit and Collections team in two different locations;
To manage all aspects of the clients accounts receivables;
Be a leader within our global order-to-cash organization;
Responsible for hiring, setting performance goals, performance feedback, career development, and team development for the Credit and Collections team;
Design and implement policies, practices, and procedures for effective management and minimization of credit risk and management of collections;
Responsible for credit decisions, credit management, periodic customer credit reviews.
Drive a close partnership with Finance, Accounting, Order Operations, Billing, and Sales to resolve issues and complex disputes, reduce A/R, and improve processes;
Drive transformation within the organization, improve and simplify processes to achieve maximum process unification and performance improvement;
Expand and develop data-based performance metrics, set appropriate team and individual goals promoting company‘s overall financial health;
Set clear vision and priorities for constant process improvement and systematic enhancements;
Reports to top management.

Requirements:
Proven leader with 8+ years experience leading Collections/ AR teams from the outsourcing industry (BPO company) or related end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience in delivering process optimization in balanced off-shore/on-shore model
Proven ability to communicate and tailor messaging across all levels of the organization
Excellent people manager, self-driven individual, able to inspire and grow future leaders
Proven people management skills for teams over 300+employees in different word locations.
