PROGRAM MANAGER
The Program Manager, as a subject matter authority, will independently oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. We seek a professional with the interpersonal skills to provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.

Key Accountabilities
Independently identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
Independently organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Experience implementing an ERP system

Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to apply project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience applying Agile Frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts
Able to deliver results in ambiguous situations with quality and value
Vendor relationship and contract management experience
Experience managing a budget of $10M +
Experience leading the implementation of a LARGE SAP ERP system
