Position Title: Business Intelligence Product Manager

On this role you will join our growing Global Decisioning Software Group who own and product manage a suite of products, capabilities and propositions for high impact decisioning in financial services, telcos, utilities and other verticals. We have big ambitions to grow the business and ensure we have the best in class products within our field. We are now looking to grow the team to incorporate BI product functionality across our platform.

As a BI Manager you will have responsibility for our BI product and propositions across complete product lifecycle. This includes market and business requirements, commercial justification, development and rollout to each of Experian’s chosen global markets. You will be recognised and trusted globally as a product expert for BI by Experian’s consultants, sales and delivery personnel.

Responsibilities:
Deliver a winning product strategy with well documented propositions, validated and accepted across the globe
Launch Cloud BI with all associated marketing and sales collateral
Demonstrate bolstering and tracking of pipeline
Create visualisations and POC’s with key stakeholders which meet and exceed our clients’ expectations ensuring they are visually engaging and accurate.
Product initiatives/plans in support of product strategy successfully executed.
Strong marketing skills in bringing products to market with compelling content via multi-channels.
Clear and accepted Product roadmap aligned to the platform and the propositions that need to be supported by BI
Commercials in support of the roadmap are well defined
Ensure a comprehensive training programme is in place to ensure our sales teams and consultants are successfully educated on the product, positioning, differentiation and key features

Requirements:
3+ year relevant experience, preferably a product management or consulting role in software company where reporting and or analytics formed a core part of the role
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Marketing or related field
Experience with building reporting in a range of tools - MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.
Some knowledge of decision management solutions, including software, data and analytics – across design/implementation and execution
Detailed understanding of how software products deliver business benefits to our clients and partner organisations
Demonstrated experience working in agile product management, specifically Scrum desired
Good presentation skills with background of presenting at industry conferences
Ability to write high quality proposition proposals, business cases and requirements documentation
Strong client relation skills
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
A team player in a highly demanding environment
