SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Position summary
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. We look for a self-driven, socially confident, proactive professional who will lead the team and contribute to review the project proposal, to resolve timeframe, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project goals. We offer diverse types of projects, regional and global, such as but not limited to: business transformations, changes of operating models, process improvement and standardization projects, global frameworks implementation projects, finance projects

Major Tasks
Accountable/Responsible for the overall project success
Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 4+ years of related work experience
Excellent English language
Bulgarian not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading diverse stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated success working independently in a remote, global environment
Certification in Project Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and establish process and structure
Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills
