We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Associate Cash Management with Spanish, Italian or French
Main responsibilities:
Preparation and processing payments: wire, cheques, intercompany, offsetting, and specific payments;
Capturing of all journals related to the various cash books accounts;
Daily capturing and processing of bank statements for entities under responsibility;
Capturing of all journals related to the various cash books accounts;
Deliver to agreed SLA’s regarding time and accuracy.

The skills:

Fluency in Spanish, Italian or French;
Good level of English ;
Accounting Degree / Firm understanding of accounting concepts and experience with accounting information systems;
1-3 years in a similar function;
Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel and Word);
Experience working with multiple currencies essential.
