We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Associate Manager Data Governance
Main responsibilities:
Participates to and executes the governance strategy for data in scope1, creating the operating model between the Data Stewards in the Business and the technical solution owners to capture issues and track them through to resolution. Develops, documents and implements standard data definitions, data sources, and standards, policies and procedures that ensure data integrity and quality.
Facilitates the communication of data governance information and policies to the organization, ensuring understanding of data governance methodology and standards.
Proposes and organizes processes to identify data quality or integrity issues.
Ensures that data validation, data entry, data quality, reporting and analysis are in place and managed in accordance with defined data standards and operating procedures of BIC GroupAct as a first escalation point for issues not resolved by his team members; working directly with key stakeholders to identify and address further, where required
Review monthly metrics/KPIs and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Drive collaboration with business data owners, BIC Finance community and Information Technology department to identify and implement process improvements
People Management: team of up to 5 people to supervise

The skills:
At least 4/5 years in a similar function and experience in GBS/SSC Industry.
Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
Good to have advanced knowledge of MDM tools and processes.
Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Power BI).
Knowledge of ERP systems, JDE System experience a plus.
Management experience
Exposure to GDPR and similar regulation would be a plus.
