Role overview:

This is a very hands-on and operational position with a high level of responsibility for the local marketing initiatives on the Bulgarian market. The role includes managing and executing all traditional marketing processes and is suitable for hands-on orientated people with strong desire to achieve fast and aggressive targets and results.



Main responsibilities:
Elaborates, prepares, develops and deals with the development of the company's marketing activities;
Stays in charge of organizing mass media campaigns on outdoor, radio, digital media, social media networks and other channels, according to the instructions of the Employer and the company needs and standards;
Organizes events related to the activity of the company;
Organizes the PR activity in the press and other media channels;
Finds new methods for promoting the image and products of the company;
Establishes and executes the online marketing strategy;
Establishes partnerships with local Animal Welfare organizations;
Stays responsible for the development and promotion of the online store (identifies ways to improve the online visitor experience, ensures and increases the company's visibility in the profile market);
Designs analysis and reports on the online store and on different marketing activities;
Conducts communication activities related to “customer care”;
Collects customer information and monitors competition.

Requirements and qualifications:
At least 5 years on a similar position in the retail industry;
Fluent English;
Relevant university degree;
Ability to travel occasionally across the country and abroad;
Hands-on attitude with a strong sense of self-responsibility and results orientation;
Experience in traditional marketing activities, advertising and events organization;
Self-starter with high level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
