We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Senior BI Specialist
Mission of the Role: Under the supervision of the Manager Reporting Factory, the Senior BI Specialist will design, develop and deliver reports, data analytics and informational dashboards, exploiting internal and external sources to provide meaningful business insights, ensuring the governance for BIC data.

Day to day you will make a difference by...:
Develop or redevelop reports, visualizations, workspaces and/or interactive BI reports tailored to various user groups across BIC;
Learn and understand data architecture in various source systems and data warehouses to enable report design;
Maintain existing data solutions, reports & dashboards; identifies and acts upon opportunities to improve the system process flow and performance to gain technical efficiencies;
Write efficient SQL queries against large, complex data sets
Work closely with Group IT and BIC Finance community to design, develop, and deliver centralized reports/dashboards and data analysis;
Actively support the GBS Finance Service line and act as a key contributor with regards to PowerBI knowledge in the department;
Create ad-hoc data models, reports and analysis to support business requirements;
Maintain positive relationships regarding data governance and reporting matters with relevant cross-functional stakeholders and partners.

Required Skills:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a BI and/or data management role;
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and MS SQL required;
Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science or related field;
Experience with IBM Cognos, TM1, Hubble is an advantage;
Knowledge of ETL tools;
Technical knowledge of data models, database design and data mining techniques;
Good interpersonal skills – ability to build good relationships with virtual teams and senior leadership.
