We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

PMO Manager – Transition
Mission of the role: The GBS - PMO Manager oversees the GBS projects and their execution. With the help of the Senior Manager Quality & Control – GBS and the Director of GBS Sofia, they create and execute an action plans for preparation and execution of all GBS projects.

Day to day you will make a difference by...:
Support the Director GBS with all activities related to the leadership and project oversight for all initiatives of BIC;
Responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas;
Maintain up to date transition plans of GBS;
Collaborate with GBS Team managers and Service Line leads to deliver Excellence strategy that will deliver continuous improvements;
Support business change process based on strategic guidance and direction established by Senior Manager Quality & Control
Utilize data analytics to identify key trends in the business;
Resource management, Stakeholder management, Operational and managerial status reporting.

Required Skills:
PMP certification;
Excellent understanding of modern PM techniques;
Experience in outsourcing industry and matrix organization;
Collaboration, organization and multi-tasking skills;
Hands on – Problem solving skills;
CSM, CompTIA, Prince2 or other relevant certification would be a strong advantage;
Ability to work collaboratively with large teams;
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
