We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Senior Specialist - Reporting Factory
Mission of the role: Under the supervision of the Manager Reporting Factory, the Senior Specialist, Reporting Factory will support development of new financial reports and/or improvements of existing ones, ensuring the data governance for BIC reporting data.

Day to day you will make a difference by...:
Work closely with BIC financial users and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge through centralized reports/dashboards, data analysis;
Participate in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions;
Review the quality of data by operating controls and compliance activities, identify data issues and assist with solution of these issues;
Work with data stakeholders to identify data quality or integrity issues;
Support the documentation, and implementation of standard reports, data source definition and standards, policies and procedures;
Maintain positive relationships regarding data governance and reporting matters with relevant cross-functional stakeholders and partners;
Identify Business Intelligence and data analytics needed by Business Partners.

Required skills:
4+ years of progressive experience working in relevant Finance areas (information management, business partnering, data governance and data quality);
Experience in global supply chain/manufacturing environment;
Advanced knowledge of BI Reporting tools (Power BI, IBM Cognos, TM1);
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query;
Knowledge of ETL tools and good understanding of data management principles and best practices;
Good interpersonal skills – ability to build good relationships with virtual teams and Senior Specialist leadership;
Hands-on, capacity for adaptation, teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
