Department: Group Access Risk & Control team
Location: Bulgaria
Contract: Permanent

As an Access Risk Control Team Lead you will lead and develop a team of professionals. As an effective role model, you will ensure adherence to the existing policies and procedures and compliance with the control requirements.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate business system access requirements across the Group in relation to new Group initiatives and projects;
Corroborate with Line Manager, Group Internal Control Manager, Corporate Audit, Enabling Technology and Cyber Security, Country DTPS management to deliver effective user access risk management and migration;
Propose technical solution and enhancements in the process that will enable a faster and simpler process with increased level of control;
Effectively managing and developing the skills and expertise of the team members.

I am tech savvy and enjoy working with systems and platforms;
2 -3 years of people management or/and project management experience;
Experience in administering/configuring IAM (Identity and Access Management) solution will be considered as an advantage;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or equivalent discipline.
