Social Media Advisor with French/ German or Italian
Main responsibilities:
• Support customers via chat and phone in French / German or Italian language;
▪ Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns;
▪ Development of brand awareness and online reputation;
• Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.

Job requirements:
• Fluent level of French/ German or Italian language;
• Advanced level of English;
• Ability to work flexible working hours;
• Strong communication skills;
• Previous experience within the customer service environment is considered as an advantage.
