Team Leader with German / French
Main responsibilities:
• Manage team of agents according to different project requirements;
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of the new team members;
• Provide various analysis and reports to the management team;
• Proactively proposes improvement plans, training programs and best practices;
• Monitors specific KPIs to ensure the proper delivery of the business.

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of German or French (C1-C2);
• Working level of English (B1-B2);
• Previous experience is considered as advantage;
• Problem solving skills;
• Advanced user of MS Office package.
