We are seeking passionate people to begin building a function dedicated to intelligent automation; our primary focus starts with expanding on our RPA pilots and further understanding opportunities across our business in order to grow the digital workforce presence. We would like individuals who help build out a new function and shape the future of automation within Paysafe.

As a Robotics Process Automation Analyst you will be responsible to perform business support to processes identification and definition for the implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring resources are most effectively deployed to deliver a high-quality efficient operation and adhering to client and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities
Good skills about technology to identify and communicate properly the technical infrastructure requirements.
Deliver Intelligent Automation in an agile environment, across all areas of the business.
Change and Implementation with a focus on benefits tracking and monitoring.
Alignment with Strategic Initiatives.
Contribute to the development of current standards and procedures.
Manage stakeholder expectations, scope and communication.
Business process optimisation.
Working closely with Business users and support functions to understand use case requirements.
Working with Solution Architects and Development Leads to understand the technical landscape on which RPS will be implemented.
Robot optimisation, performance assessment of live robots.
Working to scrum methodology through an Agile implementation lifecycle.
Development of MI and Analytics to improve current and future automation.
Strong experience or willingness to learn RPA technologies - UiPath and BluePrism.
RPA certified / accredited would be highly desirable.

Requirements
Business analysis experience in process automation projects.
Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualise it as an automated solution.
The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks.
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non- technical audience.
Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
Previous experience in RPA solutions (UiPath / BluePrism / Automation Anywhere) would be highly relevant.
