For one of our clients – a growing e-commerce platform brand – we are looking for a technical writer.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Produce clear, clean, crisp copy that is error free and adheres to our style guidelines;
- Create technical manuals for end customer;
- Development of technical documentation such as Technical Manuals, training material, and related system documentation;
- Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use;
- Determine the needs of users of technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- Previous experience as technical writer; editor; content writer; copywriter or other relevant profession;
- Experience in e-commerce is not mandatory but would be considered a huge advantage;
- Attention to detail;
- Motivation and ambition.
