YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct strategic research and partner with business leaders to identify needs and design business driven solutions in digital learning and collaboration
• Proactively pick up new trends, identify new partners and use this to challenge and improve the existing processes and systems
• Translate business requirements and processes into solutions initiatives to develop and convey product vision
• Work with project teams and proactively encourage cross-functional collaboration to deliver and sustain the end-to-end digital products experience
• Maintain strong collaboration with vendors and own the contract management process
• Ensure full digital product lifecycle perspective and system thinking – from idea generation till post deployment and full exploitation, balancing short-term achievements with long-term goals
• Support capability development for the project teams and digital savviness for product users
• Control cost to ensure maximized return on investment while maintaining high customer satisfaction

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
• At least 2 years of experience with digital solutions design and implementation, or with learning management systems and internal communications, or marketing and sales of related products
• Proven track record of successfully completed project cycles for key strategic projects
• University Degree in a relevant area: HR, information systems, marketing, communications
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Profound business insight
• Strong project management skills
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting and collaboration
• English proficiency
• FMCG or HiTech industry knowledge and experience, as a strong advantage
