Your key responsibility will be to leverage initiatives in category management together with our customers, driven by shoppers. You will have the opportunity to strategies for a unique portfolio to ensure exceptional shopper journey. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and aligns the annual business plan, strategies and tactics for the respective categories and brands together with the brand owners, Sales and Commercial Excellence teams
Translates strategies into operative plans and sets the yearly targets with measurable KBIs
Manages the entire business process from development, through implementation and tracking results on a national level for the marketing programs for the respective categories
Constantly monitors the competition activities and consumer trends, adjusts strategies, seeks and implements revenue growth opportunities
Maintains optimum relationship with brand owners in order to deliver plans. Implements smooth project management processes
Ensures smooth relationship with other departments within Commercial. Effectively communicates activities to Sales teams and provides them with the necessary support, to facilitate market implementation
Effectively manages budgets and adjusts plans to ensure optimum impact

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Marketing or relevant Business field
Minimum 3 years of marketing or TM experience in a multinational environment
Strong analytical skills, proven ability to meet strict deadlines and result orientation; knowledge of information system tools (e.g. Nielsen Answers, GfK HHP, etc)
Capability to translate business strategy into action
Positive and influential communication approach
Ability for effective cross-functional work, combined with mastery to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
Innovation mindset
Fluency in English
