Fashion Advisor with German or Dutch

Main responsibilities:

• Support customers via chat and phone in German or Dutch language;
• Advise about sizing, purchasing and deliveries;
• Handle all inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
• Maintain the company database.

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of German or Dutch language;
• Advanced level of English;
• Ability to work flexible working hours;
• Strong communication skills;
• Previous experience within the customer service environment is considered as an advantage.
