We are looking for our client - Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations;
Develop and Follow a Maintenance Plan;
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates;
Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department;
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair;
Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts;
Document and prepare progress reports and maintenance logs;
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance;
Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work;
Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition;
Implement workplace safety policies and standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering;
Minimum experience of 3 years in a supervisory role;
Very good computer literacy – MS office Excel;
Excellent command of English - proficiency level;
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems;
Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics;
Effective communication and people management skills.
