ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
The Procurement Catalogues Management Specialist will focus on updating, maintenance, conversion and data indexing for on-line or offline databases (internal and external catalogues). The role also entails collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, Procurement Catalogues Access and usage administration, delivering trainings to business users to enable usage of procurement catalogues as well as support for procurement catalogues expansion through data analysis.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Catalogue usage expansion through creation of new catalogues and usage of existing ones;
Partner with country procurement teams for catalogue building and updates;
Partner with suppliers ensuring timely creation/update and maintenance of catalogues;
Proposes improvements on catalogue creation/update process;
Provides timely and correctly user accesses;
Ensure full utilization of existing tools and technologies;
Deliver trainings to experienced BU members on usage of catalogues;
Regular reporting on catalogue usage and spend optimization;
Catalogue management, updating maintenance, conversion and data indexing for on-line use or offline databases.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Economics, Technology or administration field;
Knowledge of established Procure to Pay processes;
Experience in SAP is essential and knowledge of Ariba is an advantage;
Minimum 2 years financial or supply chain experience, preferably within FMCG/multinational company;
Experience in working with datasets, derive insights and present information through visualization and reports;
Fluency in English both written and verbal;
Experience in handling multiple tasks and working with tight deadlines;
Must demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and logic;
Exposure to projects requiring multi-functional team working.
Experience in leading, designing and analyzing processes would be considered an advantage.
