As a Learning & Development Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the readiness of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as support our global Training & Evangelism team in their day-to-day work. Acting as a support specialist, some of your daily tasks will include working with training content in terms of converting, publishing; being the second pair of eyes when it comes to editing or creating materials, etc. The role offers future development in the L&D field based on your interests and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• LMS administration: ensure proper and reliable operations of the LMS which will entail a wide range of tasks from preparation of learning content, managing user enrollment to monitoring and reporting on LMS utilization
• Content preparation: ensure learning content and related collaterals are fit and ready for publishing, e.g., minor graphics/audio/video editing, desktop publishing, compiling SCORM packages
• Training support: coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders to render operational support to the Training & Evangelist team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ years of experience with Docebo or other Learn Management Systems OR prior experience in an administrative role in training & education industry
• Familiar with content authoring software and applications used to develop e-learning and multimedia content such as Articulate
• Proficient in graphics, audio and video editing
• Prior experience in IT industry will also be considered as a plus
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
