As we are rapidly growing, we are looking for ambition driven experienced Sales Professionals to join our team IMMEDIATELY.
Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in financial markets, particularly the FX and CFD, or worked with financial products in the past, and will, therefore, understand how to operate in a complex financial environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales calls to our client base;
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as assigned by management;
- Outbound follow-up sales calls to our client base;
- Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific communicator, and excellent closer of sales;
- Assist prospects by analyzing their needs, recommending solutions, and providing formal proposals;
- An overall understanding of relationship selling and the importance of upselling higher revenue opportunities;
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- 1-3 years previous sales experience working with inbound and/or outbound phone sales;
- Sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial sector.
- Strong sales ‘closer’
- Cold call outbound sales calls to assigned lead list;
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent active listening, oral and written communications skills;
