Senior Performance Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:
Own the strategy of paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing, display, affiliates) to drive marketing performance in line with budget;
Manage the execution of online marketing campaigns, overseeing campaign setup, creative testing, reporting, analysis and optimization;
Manage high quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’ online platforms;
Monitor and analyze channel performance and maintain reporting on campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics;
Perform strategic data mining and analysis, drawing insights and transforming data into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and growth;
Maintaining & constant testing of current advertising networks;
Planning, execution & constant improvement of a multi-channel paid acquisition strategy;
Determine the most effective channels by building and maintaining a test-and-learn culture;
Report regularly to internal stakeholders on the ongoing campaigns;
Constantly seeking and exploring new ideas about optimizing performance.

Requirements:
5 years experience in paid media strategy and operation;
SEO and Marketing Automation knowledge;
Detailed knowledge and understanding of performance marketing strategies and tactics;
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools;
Ability to manage a large budget with aggressive targets;
Ability to think critically and communicate clearly;
Willingness to constantly explore new ideas.
