For one of our clients, global telecommunication and cloud provider, that delivers connectivity and communications services to support diverse customers we are looking for experienced Service Design Manager.

Service Design Manager
What you will do:
Responsible for designing effective and innovative products, services & solutions for the organization;
Ensuring that the E2E processes for the services are available, effective, and automated;
Support the Product Managers to design and deliver high quality customer orientated services;
Building market researches so to create clever design for the company’s needs;
Working the technical partners and suppliers to guarantee the knowledge of the market development and its specific product;

What we need
from you:
5+ years of relevant experience;
Knowledge & experience of telecommunications solutions development;
TIL Service Management Qualification;
Excellent presentation and communication skills;
Commercial awareness;
