Fraud & Security Service Investigator with French or Italian (Flexible Working Hours)
Main Responsibilities:
•Validate and verify various player-related documentation;
•Communicate directly with the Group's players via email and live chat;
•Conduct analysis and investigate suspected duplicate accounts;
•Identify and escalate cases presenting potential fraud and reputational risk;
•Escalate issues where required.

Job requirements:
•Fluent in French or Italian;
•Excellent level of English;
•1 - 2 year experience in BPO is preferred;
•Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills;
•Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
•Ability to work well under pressure and follow deadlines.
