For their team, we are looking for initiative, highly motivated person, with excellent communication skills, ready to learn and develop professionally in a modern, perspective company on the position of:
Team Manager Mechanical Engineering

Tasks & responsibilities:

Leading and developing a team of engineers of different branches (technically and disciplinary)
Responsible for project- and resource planning of the team
Mechanical (re)design of steel structures, assemblies and components;
Cooperate with colleagues during redesign of complete structures from different product lines;
Technical clarification with the design departments, also with the production sites all over the world;
Prepare technical documentation according to technical department procedures and international and internal standards;
Participate in meetings related to product designs, development and the production of prototypes;
Technical support of steel production during the serialproduction.

Qualification and professional skills:

Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in leading an interdisciplinary team consisting of different branches of engineers;
Experience on a similar position and proven good technical understanding;
Higher education in mechanical engineering (MSc or BCs degree) or equal;
Practical knowledge and use of 3D design tools is required, preferred PTC Creo/PDMLink;
Good knowledge of production of structural components builds the basics for this position;
Experience in development and production of large steel components;
Willingness to travel;
Good English skills both verbal and written. German is a plus.
