We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to enable our Product Development organization to work effectively and deliver value. You will collaborate with cross-functional product development teams in a fast-moving fintech environment. Agile Delivery Lead at Paysafe are catalysts for driving improvement in business impact, delivery performance, and team health, using a variety of techniques including but not limited to change management, product development practices, and individual coaching, mentoring and teaching.

You will join Paysafe to coach and influence, to drive enhanced agility, innovation and quality. You will have experience in deploying new Agile methods, and an ability to learn and adopt new ways to advance team performance. Your success will come from your power to help the organization achieve its goals.

What to expect
Work with Head of Development to grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving engineering culture by:

Coach, mentor and give feedback to Engineering Managers
Ensure there are a cross-team and cross-functional communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing
Perform area and business unit assessments to implement the identified improvements
Design and facilitate Health Checks on area and business unit level.
Work with Head of Product to:
Ensure we deliver value iteratively and incrementally rather than big bang
Ensure we think for delivering value and making an impact rather than producing output
Ensure the work being done has a clear purpose, clear boundaries/scope and clear success metrics
Enhance and support the product delivery lifecycle to ensure efficient value delivery
Provide and facilitate transparency to the wider group by:
Ensure that everyone can see the big picture
Ensure product delivery progress transparency / Cost and risk transparency
Achievements towards product metrics and KPIs
Design, facilitate or ensure larger group sessions on area and business unit level happen efficiently – e.g.:
Design sprints; roadmap ideation workshops; product roadmap refinement
Area process and interactions improvement sessions; area product reviews/demos
Work with the organization to:
Ensures goals are aligned across roles and departments on an area level and business unit level
Provide input to organizational design and structure changes to ensure culture follows structure
Align and collaborate with peers to spread effective ways of working across our mission, vision and company values

To be successful you need to be:
You are knowledgeable and passionate about software product development
You excel at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high-quality software in a sustainable fashion
You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and are able to help teams develop trust and safety
You have an understanding and experience with a variety of Agile and Lean approaches, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Agile at scale
You are able to adapt your approach and communication style to fit varying contexts and situational needs
You are not afraid to raise issues and inspire change and continuous improvement
You care about learning new things and improving upon existing challenges
You are comfortable with and can help guide others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty
