Lead & develop a team of System Mitigation Specialists to help develop & maintain Financial Crime Mitigation Strategies. The mitigation shall be derived from the findings of daily transaction monitoring and other information sources (e.g. police reports, consumer reports, Investigation escalations). The team lead also need to ensure a positive User Experience and keep false positives at a low level. The team lead needs to identify organized crime activities and is expected to multiply knowledge back to the operational team.

Essential Duties:
Lead & develop a team of System Mitigation Specialists remotely
Analyze transactions for suspicious activities and spot organized crime activity
Leverage available data and automate intelligence gathering from available datapoints
Scan Internet for OSINT (open-source Intelligence) as well as Dark Web activity and assess potential impact
Develop & maintain mitigation framework (Rules, Tools, Product)

Your Profile:
BA degree in Business Administration/Cyber Security or equivalent education/experience
4+ years’ experience in Fraud Prevention Industry
Relevant experience in Ecommerce and/or Payment industry
Interest in anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and cybercrime issues
Knowledge of Fraud Prevention Tools, that work both Rule and Model based is essential, Experience with ThreatMetrix and Feedzai are a plus
Understanding of SQL and databases, as well as experiences in Splunk are a plus
Experience with metadata (eg from http, https, SSL, TCP, UDP, RDP, VPN) and anonymization software like TOR
Know-how about cyberthreats (eg malware, ransomware, botnets, exploit rootkits)
Good at automating manual processes
Excellent English skills
Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
You are familiar with prepaid products, e-wallet solutions or cryptocurrencies privately or professionally
Understanding of Data Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong initiative and dedication to quality
Self-motivation and self-reliance
Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
