Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Technical Support Services (TSS) uses enhanced analytics and leverages global infrastructure and years of experience to deliver outstanding hardware, software and multi-vendor support services to our customers worldwide. For our fast-growing multi-vendor support team, we’re looking to hire Delivery Manager with client-first mindset and eager to learn. In this challenging role, the Delivery Manager will be the contact point for all team members. He/she will need to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration, assessing training needs, develop, execute and monitor technical and soft skills training programs and activities. In this role, you’ll be expected to meet the needs of the team.

Who are you?
• You will be in charge of leading various transition and transformation activities which span over all missions represented in the organization.
• You will interlock with various stakeholders to understand and implement their business requirements in different aspects: financial, headcount, process, tools etc.
• You will effectively use traditional (waterfall) and Agile project management approaches in the different initiatives that you lead.
• You will interlock with different sales or delivery teams to promote the CIC capabilities, assisting these teams in achieving their primary targets or helping win more business for IBM.
• You will communicate effectively with the leadership team at the countries, market and Geo level up to Vice President.
• You will demonstrate self-confident and assertive behavior when dealing with controversial matters, resolve problems and lead others by example.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Skills and expertise required:
• Understanding of HW Maintenance operations in Datacenter and/or Multivendor volume products
• Excellent communication skills including with C-level executive team
• Excellent English language skills (B2-C1 level both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic situations, with a large degree of autonomy
• Experience in leading projects using waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Capable of demonstrating leadership skills in project and transformation environment
• Experience and good knowledge in office tools (Office packs, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in working with Salesforce
• Project Management certification- (Prince, PMP, Scrum Master) will be considered a strong advantage
• Portfolio of successful transition and transformation projects
• Masters degree in business administration or similar
• Experience in leading projects in a multi-national corporate environment
