Our partner is a leading international events provider, focused on the educational sector. For their team comprising of 150+ people, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join as:
International Partnerships & Events Manager

Role objective:

You will be overall responsible for negotiating partnerships for approximately 10 top global business destinations per year. You will subsequently be organizing and managing the execution of virtual or physical higher education events there.



Main responsibilities:
Identifying strategic partnerships and media outreach
Establishing, negotiating and maintaining long-term partnerships and media coverage with local media partners all over the world
Analyzing and leading the events organization to success based on set KPIs and specific numeric goals
Working with various teams in order to ensure the smooth execution of each dedicated event
Overseeing the preparation of the events from beginning to end and managing the on-site organization and staff for physical or virtual events
Taking active part in event debriefing meetings and analysis, as well as following up with all of the existing media partners after the event is over

Requirements:
Experience in developing partnerships with business clients or event management
A university degree in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and Communications, Event Management, International Relations or Foreign Languages.
A foreign diploma or any international exposure will be considered a great advantage.
Citizen-of-the-world profile with impeccable verbal and written English skills
Proven negotiation and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a highly dynamic working environment
Fluent Spanish and/or Russian and/or any other foreign language will be considered a strong advantage
