Essential Duties:

• Support and assist in the roll-out of an internal fraud risk management framework across the global Paysafe group.
• Carry out ongoing fraud risk assessments to ensure early identification of internal fraud risks and ensure that these are managed in line with group strategy.
• Continuously review and maintain existing controls to ensure early life detection of fraud. Identify control gaps and create insightful analysis to support the implementation of new controls to reduce fraud risk.
• Fully investigate all known instances of internal fraud, ensuring integrity of evidence always. Carry out root cause analysis and propose remedial actions to reduce likelihood of recurrence.
• Develop an efficient project engagement strategy to ensure successful integration of all appropriate business projects.
• Implement meaningful KPIs to demonstrate and drive delivery against the key deliverables of the team.
• Assist in the design and implementation of anti-fraud education, engagement and training initiatives to promote a fraud prevention culture across the Paysafe Group.
• Engage stakeholders and senior management to ensure smooth delivery of Internal Fraud Risk Management initiatives and promote anti-fraud culture.
• Assist in the design and implementation of fraud prevention and detection initiatives across the global Paysafe Group.
• Manage work streams to ensure that assigned cases, resulting actions and improvement opportunities are identified, priorities are tracked and delivered to a high standard.

Your Profile:
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience working in a fraud, compliance or risk environment of the financial services industry or financial investigations experience
• 3+ years of experience working with internal fraud research and investigation.
• Qualifications such as CFE, CA, CIA and CISA are beneficial.
• Proven expertise with financial investigations demonstrating risk-based judgment, problem solving skills and strong analytical ability
• Ability to analyze issues and develop problem solving methodology with minimal guidance
• Ability to multi-task and work in an elevated volume, high pressure environment
• Demonstrated skills related to individual case/workload management
• Strong time management skills utilizing a risk based approach to prioritizing and completing daily tasks
• Ability to make a strong individual contribution to the development of a high functioning team
• Exceptional client focus; ability to effectively and quickly form relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidance regarding Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings as they relate to fraud as well as internal compliance standards and guidelines
• Experience creating or preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
• BS/BA degree preferred
