What to expect:
Product ownership

Understand customer needs through talking to customers, observing and through data analysis
Set Vision, define/create user stories and prioritize within Backlog based on business benefit
Work collaboratively with Scrum team to create on time & quality features to be released into the market
Problem solving
Actively participate in daily stand up
Lead Sprint Planning sessions
Work closely with Unity Teams and coordinate and prioritize new requests and enhancements coming from Digital Wallet division
Work closely with Merchant Operational teams and communicate clearly prioritized backlog
Attend external meetings with partners and advice for potential solutions
Contributes to moderately complex tasks or aspects of a project or product
Work is independent and collaborative in nature
Provides regular updates to manager on work status
Assess Product opportunities
Understand business needs and analyze competitive products
Creates, communicates, and delivers product vision
Creates KPIs for product performance
Cross functional stakeholder Management
Obtains buy-in from cross functional team on backlog
Manages product based on KPIs agreed upon with stakeholders
Key interface to cross functional teams - inbound and outbound comms
Informs cross functional team of performance
Communicates transparent backlog to organization
Define and track product life cycle
Owns prioritized backlog and Groom backlog
Creates backlog working with Cross functional teams
Drive Product Launch including coordination with cross functional teams
Support and Monitor post product release
Document product features

To be successful you need to have:
Passionate about and experienced in building customer-facing products, using agile methodologies (including practical, demonstrated knowledge of using Jira)
Experience in working as a product manager/owner within the Fintech/payments space, across multiple product development stages
Entrepreneurial in temperament with keenness to work in a multi-cultural, start-up like culture
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (must love interacting with people and working collaboratively)
Ability to multi-task and plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects
