We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Content Creator to author and develop instructional materials for our training and certification courses. If you have prior experience with training content creation or multimedia content creation or with delivering IT training courses, we welcome you to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Content creation: Author and develop instructional materials (presentations, e-learning modules, multimedia) for LMS and live training
• Instructional design: Working with product teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure applicability, accuracy and consistency of instructional material
• Quality control: Manage projects and perform reviews of instructional materials to ensure that they meet all specified standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years of experience with training content creation or multimedia content creation or as IT trainer delivering IT certification training classes
• Proficient in multimedia creation/editing (video/audio recording, screen recording, graphic editing, etc), e-learning authoring (Articulate Storyline 360 or similar) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to work well without supervision and possesses strong drive for excellence and knowledge sharing
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Multimedia Design or equivalent would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
