Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you are interfacing post-sale and responsible for driving customer adoption of purchased software and services. Additionally, you are responsible for identifying opportunities to create additional customer business value among our customers based on our products and services. Drive overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Customer Engagement: Primarily contact point for the customer’s stakeholders when it comes to using our Cloud products;
– Customer development through ongoing development meetings and customer engagement in IBM’s customer communities;
– Adoption: You are a catalyst for customers to get off to a good start. And that all user groups receive adequate training and support in the use of their Cloud software and services. You furthermore help develop and maintain our Adoption Playbook;
– Advisory: Advise customers on the flexibility and applicability of their tool to maximizing the outcome of customers’ engagements;
– Development opportunities: Analyzing areas with optimization and proving new ares where the customer can create additional business value through their use of our software and services.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

– Expertise in cloud technologies;
– Basic understanding on at least 1 of the three major hyper-scale cloud platforms (AWS,Azure OR GCP);
– Experience with agile working methodologies and has been part of agile teams;
– Understanding of enterprise customers; their value chains, processes and their personas;
– Knowledge of Business processes;
– Practical experience on adoption in a post-sale role;
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude;
– Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction;
– Strong presentation and communication skills;
– Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and an ability to work well under pressure;
– Fluent English – both written and verbal.
