Facebook and Instagram Advisor with French/ German/ Italian or English
Main responsibilities:
• Provide service at the highest company standards via phone, chat or e-mail;
• Establish long-term business relationships;
• Conclude investigations and follow-ups reported by the users;
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of French/ German/ Italian or English (C1-C2 level);
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
