Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist


We are searching for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Experian Talent Acquisition team!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for talent attraction and employer branding activities for diverse type of role including Finance, Analytics and Technical Support profiles.
Responsibilities:
• Perform full life-cycle recruiting process (direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding)
• Partner hiring managers within the talent attraction and selection process by establishing strong partnership relationships and act as a trusted talent advisor
• Ensure “wow” candidate and hiring manager experience within the talent acquisition process
• Collaborate with internal communication team and drive together employer branding activities and manage career events and conferences positioning
• Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies
• Collaborate effectively with local and global HR teams and take active part in various projects and initiatives supporting our talent attraction and diversity and inclusion agenda

Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition role
• Good understanding of finance, technical support and delivery talent market trends and challenges
• Previous experience in building talent acquisition strategies
• Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and organizational skills
• Experience in management of company participation for career events and conferences
• Passion to use social channels for talent attraction
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English
