For them we are looking for a highly motivated person for а temporary position of:

Territory Manager

The Territory Manager for Eastern Bulgaria will be responsible for:

- Managing the relationship between Shell and Shell Dealers (called Retailers) in Eastern Bulgaria
- Ensure delivery of the Retail Business Agreement (RBA) and all the consequence thereafter.
- New business development according to the company Masterplan.
- Developing and maintaining a strong HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) culture within the Territory.
- Identifying gaps in all aspects of site performance (including service and people)
- Develop the business for the mutual benefit of both the Retailer and Shell.
- Maximizing all sales development potential whilst protecting Shell's interests, through coaching and motivating of Retailers.
- Participating in Attraction and Selection of the right Retailers.
- Managing and maintaining productive Retailer relationships.
- Delivering Sales & Operations targets for Eastern Bulgaria through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
- Actively seeking opportunities for improving the performance of Retailers according to the Masterplan.
- Manage and maintain territory

The successful candidate should:

- Have University degree preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance
- Have minimum 3-year experience in business sales and operations (preferably B2C)
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Be able to build relationship with Retailers effectively to ensure delivery of the plans
- Be a strong team member with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to analyze financial data
- Have competence in implementing standard processes
- Be a self-starter, with strong internal drive to deliver results
- Have the ability to work independently
- Have a good level of IT literacy on all MS Office programs
- Have a very good command of English language
- Have a clean driving license (active driver)
